service groups, major franchised dealers, independent vehicle dealers,
motoring clubs, insurance companies, warranty companies repair workshops
in New Zealand. NMS is supported by the expertise & experience of
AWA who has been providing
these services in Australia since 1993.
With a reliable nationwide network of roadside assistance service providers,
NMS provides a high standard of fast, professional service. All service
providers communicate via radio, satellite navigation or mobile phone,
ensuring NMS’s ability to monitor progress of individual callouts, and
log successful completion of each job.
Emergency assistance phone numbers call direct to NMS central 24 Hour
7 Day control room, not to an answering service. The member in distress
is speaking direct to the controller who will dispatch the rescue vehicle.
NMS’s comprehensive mapping program covers the whole of New Zealand and
the individual member and closest service provider locations are quickly
established. Generally, service is provided within 30 minutes to calls
from metropolitan areas and major regional centres. Customers will
be advised of any delays due to distance or prevailing conditions.
